Conduct quarterly free medical outreach clinics serving 500+ patients per session by 2026.

Reach 5,000 community members annually with HIV/AIDS and disease awareness campaigns by 2027.

Train 30 community health volunteers by 2028.

Establish a permanent trauma and mental health counselling centre by 2027.
- 05
Open a fully operational HFM Community Health Clinic by 2029, primary healthcare, maternal care, and chronic disease management.
