2025, 2030

Strategic Plan

A bold, faith-driven and evidence-informed commitment to transforming lives at Dzaleka Refugee Camp and beyond.

Five years. Three registrations. One permanent clinic.

Over the next five years, HFM is committed to achieving formal NGO registration in Malawi, the United States and Canada; expanding educational access; empowering 1,000 families through entrepreneurship; opening a permanent community health clinic; and operating in multiple countries serving marginalized communities.

This plan is anchored in the belief that sustainable development begins when communities are equipped, not just assisted.
